I rebuilt the 1g 4G63T in my Summit GTX 12 months ago (new rings, bearings
and full head recon). Yesterday, it started running rough and blowing HUGE
amounts of oil smoke, so I had it towed home.  Good news is its not the
turbo oil seals. Bad news is #2 compression is down to 65 ...

Used to have a Celeste, actually owned it for about 18years before selling
it. Best car I ever owned but unfortunately the old rust bug infested her.

I have a 2001 Carisma with 40000 miles on clock.
Although I have another 14000 miles to go on timing belt, can anyone
tell me if there is a time limit after which I should change the belt? I

01 Eclipse RS (4cyl), 120k.
No other symptoms aside from fluid on the front of the tranny and around
the dipstick.  Fluid level is normal.  Replaced original fluid with
