1990 Mitsubishi Montero  V-6  4dr  4WD.
When the temp gets around 32F or lower, the speedometer makes a funny noise
and reads super high and is very erratic.
Would this be a cable problem or a problem in the speedometer itself?

the car in March and I'd say in June the brakes started squealing. At
first it was intermittent but now it's just about everytime I apply
medium pressure to the pedal as I slow down to a red light or stop sign ...

I have a 2003 Galant ES.  Last weekend when I tried to start it up, it
started right away but then it dies.  If I press the gas pedal before
it dies, the engine will run but if I stop pressing on the gas pedal
it dies right away.  If anyone out there has an answer, please tell me
