My car idles normally when first started. i can rev the engine with no
load on it and it still idle fine. when i drive it and i stop at a red
light or stop sign. it has idled anywhere from 800 to 3000 rpms. i
found the PCV was bad and replaced it but it still idles 800 to 1500.

P0421 problem for Shogun Pinin05 Jun 2008 17:23 GMT-
Hi I have a 2003 Shogun Pinin which keeps producing the fault code
P0421 -  Warm-Up Catalyst Efficiency below threshold (Bank 1). Both O2
sensors have been replaced and the exhaust emissions are within the
required legal limits.  A Google search suggests this is a recurrent
