Rear Stabilizer Bar - Altima 2001 GXE27 Feb 2004 21:36 GMT3
I am planning to replace rubber bushing  of the rear stabilizer bar.  The
job seems simple.  But I am just worried if I remove the nuts from the
bushing bracket it may move out of place and will be difficult to put it
back.  Anybody done it before?  Will appreciate if you can share ...
2003 Nissan Altima25 Feb 2004 21:09 GMT1
I just bought my daughter a 2003 Nissan Altima and we cannot get the fog lights to cut off.  The fog lights come on when you cut on the headlights, even in the 'Auto' mode.  Is this normal?  If not, how do you cut them off?
Thanks,
AWM

When I drive alone it really doesn't make any squeaking noise, but as soon as I have a passenger  and I drive over a bump or the shocks are in motion I hear the squeaking sound from the passenger side.  I can not make out where it is coming from and it is driving me crazy, did ...
Emmission control system Error Code twice?22 Feb 2004 02:44 GMT1
My 99 Nissan Altima with 100K miles recently gave an emission control
system error code.  I remembered being in a rush when I filled it up
and thought it was just a gas cap that wasn't tight, so had the code
cleared.  Next time I filled the tank up, I drove only 5 miles and the
98 Altima GXE Falling Apart20 Feb 2004 17:02 GMT2
I purchased a used 98 Altima GXE about two years ago and it feels like
it's starting to fall apart. Many of the lights on the radio controls are
out, the ash tray won't stay in place and the car starts shaking a lot
when reaching 60mph. I just got new tires and the technicians were ...
'00 Altima spark plug spec for a '99?17 Feb 2004 03:14 GMT2
The 2000 Altima manual and 1999 Altima manual differ in their
specifications for spark plugs. The 2000 recommends using NGK PFR5G-11
for spark plugs, while the 1999 manual specifies NGK FR5AP-10 for
spark plugs. Does anybody know of a reason not to use the 2000 year
'95 Altima Water Pump Replacement10 Feb 2004 02:47 GMT2
Anyone used to replacing these? Is it better to avoid removing the
housing or to pull it off as a unit and reseat the new pump with the
housing off the engine? Seems to me I could avoid some headache in
removing the pump-to-housing bolts with the whole thing away from the
Question about the Water Pump09 Feb 2004 23:46 GMT1
On the 3.5 SE, where exactly is the water pump?  My guess is that it located
inside the time chain housing and driven either the time chain or gears.  I
know on my senta is was external.  But on the altima, how long does a nissan
water pump last and if every would need to be replace ...

I have a 2003 Altima 2.5S with less than 4000 miles on it.  I find that it does not like to rune cold (I have to start it and let it run for 3-5 minutes or it shifts real hard) and I don't seem to be getting the estimated mileage the dealer said I would do.  Any similar problems?

If I leave the steering wheel my car drift towards the left side.
Could this be a wheel alignment problem ? or something else.
The drift is almost negligible.
