my car will start then when i get back from the store and try to start it
again it want start but i jump it and then it starts right up what do you
think what could be wrong

My 2001 Maxima SE 5 speed at 50,000 mi developed a trans oil leak.  Dealer
has changed the seal twice and it continues to leak.  Anyone with experience
with this problem?

I accidentally went into a carwash with my antenna up and it snapped
it off at the base.  What part do I need to replace the entenna adn
what tools do I need.  It looks like I need a special wrench.

I need to replace the front brake pads and rotors on my 99 MAX SE(53k
miles).  Apparently the rotors have "hot spots" in them and can't be turned.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what will be the best brake-rotor
combination?

I have a 1987 Nissan Maxima that has a power window problem.  None of
the switches on the drive side control panel (located on the door)
will work.  If I open the door all the way I can get the windows to
operate.  When I start to close the door while holding the window

I have a 1999 Nissan Maxima with a burned out front turn signal.  How
does one go about replacing the bulb?  I can't seem to get to it from
the hood or from underneath the car.  There are no screws on the lens.

I have a 1999 Maxima SE and I am replacing the rear brakes.  After turning
the caliper piston for what seems like eternity, I still do not have it in
enough to get it over the new brakes.  My one question is: what's the secret
to resetting the caliper?

My 2000 Maxima SE has the optional "auto temp control with digital outside
temp display."
Recently, when it is 50-60 degrees outside, we can't feel comfortable by
setting the temperature dial to 74 degrees. Cold air comes out of the vents

My 90 GXE's speedo has been acting weird the last few months.  When I start
up either in the morning or after it's been sitting awhile, the speedometer
will register speed while standing still.  Either in Park or when I shift
into neutral, rev the engine, the speedo registers speed ...

I have a 2004 Maxima with integrated XM but after trying both I prefer Sirius.  I
purchased a Sirius RF modulator and it works pretty well but sometimes
there is some noise.  I was wondering if there is an aux port somewhere.
Or how do I get into the dash so I can connect the FM ...

I need some work on my Maxima and was wondering if there is any advice
regarding the following work:
a) replace front shock absorbers
b) new tires

Any thoughts out there on the best repair manual for the 95 SE?
Chilton?  Haynes?  Other options?

My power seats and sunroof aren't working, and I was wondering where to look
for the problem... They both stopped working at the same time, so I assume
they would be a related problem.  Anyone got any hints of where to look?

I am planning to do a simple drain and fill on the auto trans on a '96 I30
(Maxima).  The service manual describes the procedure but only provides the
total capacity of the trans (10 qts).  Can anyone tell me how much will
actually come out by just opening the drain plug?

I am having trouble with a car I got from my mother-in-law.  I cant get the
security device to shut off.  Is their a way to disable this?  Currently I
have to disconnect the battery then reconnect to be able to start the car.
And the keypad doesnt allow the car to unlock but it ...
