I just replaced the rear calipers on my '95 Maxima with rebuilt units.  They
came from different vendors, but both were "loaded" ... i.e.; everything I
needed to replace (except brake fluid) was supplied.  I didn't need the
extra stuff, as I had already bought Nissan pads and clip ...

i just bought a 2000 nissan maxima se.  Everything was fine but then the
"service engine soon".  I read on some websites that if you unplug the
battery for 5 mins it will reset the computer and the sign will go away.
I did that and it work but ever since than something has been ...
"torque member" 17mm bolt frozen and seems to be larger than 17mm02 Dec 2004 01:31 GMT10
96 maxima gle...in trying to replace my rotors, I seem to have gotten
stuck at the point where I have to remove the two torque member bolts
(each side).
For some reason my 17mm socket wont even fit on any of these 4 bolts!

Well, after five years and almost 100K miles it seems that the ole
Max's suspension is getting a bit mushy.  When driving on the highway
I'm starting to notice the side of the car dip more that usual when
cornering.  Also, after going over bumps I can feel a slight rocking
