I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a specific brand of fuel
filter for a 96 Maxima. I've been to a dozen online parts stores and
I've seen brands including Fram, Bosch, Beck/Arnley, etc.
Is there a big difference between all of these or are they pretty much

My 95 Maxima GLE original factory alarm goes off randomly, usually in the
mornings (making my neighbors less than pleasant).
Is there a way I can disable the alarm other than keeping my doors
unlocked? Is there a fuse or module I can unplug?

I started up my 87 maxima to leave work today and noticed all the
warning lights on the dash board stayed on !  usally they go on for a
second and then go off.

First of all, sorry for the cross posting but I believe it's relevant
in all groups posted to.  I have a 91 nissan maxima GXE with 190k, V6,
5sp.  This car has driven great until 2 days ago.  All of a sudden

the local muffle shop wanted a bundle of money to replace the stock headers
with aftermarket ones..
does anyone have link to more in-depth information on how to install new

having trouble quelling the squeal from a belt. it's done it since the belt
was replaced. it's been checked by a couple of mechanics. no real answers
from them. i,ve drenched it with belt dressing as best i could. it's
extremely difficult to access, even for that.

The 95 Maxima GXE is factory equipped with 205/65R15 tires.
The User's Manual states that 215/60R15 tires can be used.  Do you
think that these lower profiles tires can improve the driveability?
