Greetings - I have a '97 Maxima & I am looking to change the power steering
pump drive belt.  Is there a special tool or method to get at the "Pump
Piviot Bolt"????  Not a lot of room to work.

One of the hood mounted window spraying nozzles has one clogged hole.
Pushing a tiny wire thru nozzle opening temporarily clears and allows
full spray for a few minutes. Then, same hole cloggs again. Using the
wire is not solving the problem.
