I'm buying a new/used car here in the next month or so, and have narrowed my
search down to a few models.
'02-'03 Maxima  (Don't like the '04+ body style)
'04-'06 Murano

My friend/independent garage owner came up with this on his "unsophisticated
cmptr" [his quote].
O2 circuit    Bank 2, Sensor 2 which means that the O2 sensor on rt side down
stream of the cat. convertier is out of tolerance and should be replaced.

My mechanic said i needed right side (passenger side I'm assuming)
inner tie rod for my 97 Maxima.  I've replaced outer tie rods on other
cars, but have no idea whats involved in doing the inner. Special
tools?  Can it be done from jackstands, or do i need a lift?

my 95 Nissian maxima jerks  A Lot   when  I drive it ...  it dose not make
any noises or anything it just jerks about every 10 minutes when I drive

FUEL RECOMMENDATION
Use unleaded regular gasoline with an octane
rating of at least 87 AKI (Anti-Knock Index) number (Research octane number 91).

Ok i have posted here before but now im really at my wits end.  i have
a 1993 maxima and in the past 3 years have replaced 3 alternators 3
water pumps and now it looks like im going to mb eon my 4th power
steering pump.  they alwasy seem to fail jsut out of warranty.  i jsut

Just purchased a 1993 Nissan Maxima and all runs okay except with the car is in Idle/drive/gear and the A/C is on.  The car dies. In park it sometimes does it and on the hwy no problem.
I replaced the Idle Control Valve and still have the problem. Any ideas for me to try...

My 2000 Max (gxe, I think) has a problem I have experienced with two other
Maxs, a 95 and 99.  What happens is that a wheel gets really hot--sometimes
smells like something is burning.  Local mechanic finds brake calipers (I am
not mechanical, I think this is the term) hung up ...

I recently posted a strange overheatng prob with my 2001 max gle 64k.
When gauge would start to climb I would turn ignitio off then
immedietely re-start  and gauge would drop very quickly to normal
position only to do the same thing after a few miles. Now I got a code
