Homelink with Genie Opener09 Mar 2007 12:54 GMT1
I just moved into a new home that has a Genie door opener.  Can anyone
tell me the easiest way to program my 2001 Maxima's Homelink to work
with it?  I didn't see any buttons on the opener, as the Liftmasters
have.
1991 Maxima -- Car shakes when driving intermittently08 Mar 2007 17:24 GMT2
I have a 1997 Maxima and I noticed that when I drive, intermittently,
the car starts to shake for a few minutes and then stops. The biggest
shaking occurrs around 50 - 60 mph but the car does shake at lower
speeds. Also, when the car is shaking I can accelerate with no

96 Maxima Water Pump08 Mar 2007 02:05 GMT2
I am curious if anyone has replaced a 4th generation Maxima water pump
before.  I am thinking about doing it myself.  I have done many things
to my car myself but I am leery about this work.  I have the Haynes
book as well as DIY instructions from other Maxima sites.
Code P043007 Mar 2007 01:36 GMT5
I just replaced my MAF on my 2000 maxima SE and after 2 days I now have a
P0430 code.  Any ideas if it's a sensor or the cat itself?
03 GLE Foggy Headlights06 Mar 2007 14:49 GMT2
I have just bought an 03 Max GLE, and I have noticed that the front
Headlight seem to as if they are scrathed. I asked the dealer and he
said that it was some kind of oxidation. Does anyone out there know
how to clean them.
Changed fuse then it blew again05 Mar 2007 16:35 GMT2
Well, I changed the fuse to the cigarette lighter, turned on the car, put in
the cell phone adapter.  The light on the cell phone adapter went on for a
second and then out.  The adapter didn't work.
99 Maxima - 90K service03 Mar 2007 03:43 GMT8
My 99 Maxima is hitting its 90k mile service and I was wondering what
are the essential service items that I must perform; especially is it
recommened to replace spark plugs?? The dealer guy is insisting that I
change (costs $200) them but I am wondering if I should do or leave it
2003 wiper failure?02 Mar 2007 17:32 GMT2
Just had the windshield replaced on my 2003 maxima.  Noticed on the way home
that the windshield wipers kept clicking as though they were on and trying
to raise the wipers, but the wipers were not moving.  Looks like the wiper
lever was put in the on position.  Stopped, made sure ...
How To Change Fuse in '02 Maxima01 Mar 2007 20:40 GMT2
My cigarette lighter in my '02 Maxima has burned out again; my dealer tells
me that it has something to do with my cell phone charger.
I really don't want to have to take the time to bring it in to have the
92 maxima01 Mar 2007 18:18 GMT3
Hey there, I just got a 92 maxima in, working on it as a favour....the
problem I'm having with it is with the heater.  Its got the electronic
climate control, and the heater fan is stuck on all the time, as soon
as you turn the ignition on.  I've tried messing with all of the
'07 SE vs. SL01 Mar 2007 12:54 GMT3
The SE is considered Nissan's "flagship", although the SL has a higer MSRP.
To me, the only "advantage" the SE has is the 18" wheels. I like the wood
grain trim and Bose speakers. Is there another reason I should consider the
SE.
