My 1992 Maxima with 101,000 miles is having transmission problems.
With overdrive enabled, It downshifts prematurely and often doesn't
upshift until the engine is turning at well over 5,000 RPM, even I am
accelerating slowly. This problem occurs at any speed, from freeway

Any ideas which fuse is used for the release, or if there is a manual
release?  I do not have the manual, it was a used car and the manual
was missing!

This has been an ongoing problem with my '96 Nissan Maxima.  A couple
of years ago my car starting acting funny on the startup.  I would
turn the key sometimes and I would have to hold the key there for a
second in order for it to turn over.  Sometimes it would start fine

A few months ago my car has died when I hit the breaks. And check
light engine was on. I took it to mechanic and they are cleaned
everythings inside and light has gone. I am started to drive my car
and it has died a few times. It's always happening like this:

I am trying to start my 99' Maxima and the engine does not fire up. It
cranks up when I turn the key but the engine does not turn on. What
are the potential issues? It was even fine this morning when I drove
to work.

should I use only the spring, plunger, and o-ring from the kit in my
existing tensioner? I want to do this only once.

Any idea how to get the assembly out.  I have purchased the xenon bulb
(wow $150) and need to put it in.  After undoing the assembly bolts

i need to replace the driver's side CV axle on my 99 Maxima; the
Chilton's says that the Passenger's side axle must be removed first so
