Nice 20 inch rims on 350z31 Mar 2004 03:41 GMT3
Over the weekend, I saw a really pretty set of 20" modular rims on a 350z. I
couldn't catch the brand name but remember it had the number "5" in it. Can
anyone help me identify the manufacturer?
Thanks in advance....

Where do you guys buy your parts?26 Mar 2004 04:01 GMT6
Certainly not a Nissan dealership...  ;-)
I'd prefer to pay a fair price for parts, not a ridiculous marked-up value.
In particular, I'm looking for parts for a '91 300ZX.  (I have a 2+2, my bro
has a 2, both N/A if that affects any links you guys are willing to
'90 300zxtt won't start.23 Mar 2004 02:35 GMT1
My '90 was running great at 130,000 miles. Always started instantly. The
other day I changed the oil,  after which it would not start. Turns over
strong, but that's all.
I noticed that the connectors on the harnesses up front were all green
Style question21 Mar 2004 04:35 GMT4
I have a '71z that I am rejuvenating. I really don't care for the drip
rails. My friend says that if I grind them off I would ruin the character
of the car. I think it would be an improvement.
I would like further input from the Z community.

Does anyone have a driver side power window switch for sale?
Switched the jumper cables!19 Mar 2004 23:29 GMT4
I committed the most preventable mistake!  I tried to start my '93 300zx
after the winter season and when I went to jump the battery, I switched the
cables.  Now the thing just won't start.  The radio won't turn on either.  I
checked all the fuses and they're all fine.  Does anybody ...
AIV/Air Flow question19 Mar 2004 21:29 GMT7
I have a 1988 300ZX Turbo GLL that seems to be running sluggish with boost
around 4.5 to 5 pounds. It seemed as though the car was not 'breathing'
correctly. It just had that feeling like it was not getting what it needed
to get up and go. I took it to my trusted mechanic who ...

70 240z advise15 Mar 2004 06:46 GMT2
I saw a nice 70 240z for sale on a lot a few days ago. They have it
tagged as a 71, but the serial number shows a 70. Wanted to list a few
things about it and see if their asking price is reasonable for what i
understand is a rare model:

Z-32 dashboard buckling at defrost vents05 Mar 2004 03:01 GMT2
Anyone else experienced any buckling of their Z-32's dashboard right behind
the defroster vents? I believe the heat/sun has caused the adhesive to break
loose or something. Fortunately there are no cracks in the dashboard yet.
I'm thinking about attempting to use some good epoxy to ...
New To This-Code Reader?02 Mar 2004 20:42 GMT17
Hi, just bought a 1985 auto ZX(non-turbo).  I can see getting a reader and code book is important unless you want to go to poor house.  My car started cutting out at around 2000 RPM or more(at least this) and I read of another, same year having this prob.  Haven't analized much ...
Keyless entry '96 300zx02 Mar 2004 03:43 GMT1
I just bought a '96 300zx non-turbo.  I only got one keyless entry
remote and no original keys.  I have seen a few Nissan remotes on eBay
that look like the remote that I have.  However, the FCC ID number
that is listed in the auctions doesn't match the FCC ID number on the
