Saw an ad for Nismo radiator caps, ad says Nismo cap has a higher pressure
rating than a stock cap. My cap is old and the seal is worn 1994 model
coupe.
Will these caps perform as advertised without any side effects ?  I used

OK, I need to find the location of the sensor that controls the relay that
turns on the vacuum pump, it has a yellow/blue wire going to it, but I can't
find it anywhere on the motor. I guess it senses a lack of vacuum and turns
on the pump to keep the AC and stuff like that working, ...

Ok got a 87 300ZX Turbo, when I'm driving around with the AC on, while I'm
accelerating it seems that it cuts off of the dash vents and diverts to the
windshield defrost vent and the air warms up, anyone got a schematic of the

I have a 1987 5 speed non-turbo model.  I have heard exhaust back pressure
is required for N/A.  Why does an engine need backpressure?  Do you want to
clear the exhaust as fast as possible?
P.s: I lost my muffler recently and I am thinkking putting  a resonator type

alternator went out on it last week. I tested it by taking the + battery
cable off & it shut right off. The battery has been recharged, & while I
was at it, I also changed the plugs. I've checked al of the connections

for about a week everything sounds and works good until two days ago when
starting car in cold rainy weather in TN rpm's went up on idle to 1500 then

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to replace the heater core in a
84 300zx with a/c. The nissan service manual is no help at all (the
section covering heating and a/c is almost exclusively a/c related) and
the chilton manual (yes I know how bad chilton manuals can be, but ...
