Z-32 engine rebuild28 Apr 2005 06:26 GMT5
Question for Steve T here. Based upon your experience working on Z-32s,
would you say that $3,500.00 is a good price for having a Z-32 engine
rebuilt? This price also includes replacement of the water pump, timing belt
and both PCV valves. The cylinders were just honed and not ...

voltmeter start to swing up to around 13.5 volts and as I play with the

Nissan 3.0 V-6 question17 Apr 2005 02:27 GMT6

essentially the same engine found in 300Zs of the same period.  It has
~100K miles on it, and has been a solid, reliable vehicle.  So much
so, that my son has it down at the university, which really limits my

280ZX pingning ???01 Apr 2005 08:09 GMT2
My 280ZX ( '83 Auto, 70,000kms ) recently started pinging...or actually
started pinging louder and more noticeable...I was advised to switch to
"Premium" type ( high octane ) unleaded fuel, as well has run an aditive
"Flashlube" to remedy this..
