Hello Steve,
I have checked the two connectors for my 1987 300ZX NA.  The connector that
housing two heavy gauge white wires has power (upstream toward the battery).
The other connector housing just one wire (blk) smaller gauge wire and it is

Points, I went back and looked and the man charged me for points, just
another example of how I have been ripped off, and why I decided to finish

I have an 82 280 turbo (5 spd if it is relevant) and I find that when the
car has been sitting for more than 5 or 6 hours it is difficult to start.
It takes 3 or 4 attempts and when it does finally start it runs at a low rpm
and takes 5 or 7 seconds for the idle to raise to ...

Ran across an ad for a Nismo multiple point wiring harness that ads more
ground points for a better running engine and electrical system.
Is this for real or a novalty item that's a waste of time and money ? I
can imagine that this kit would help the battery keep a charge

my 90 model z runs like crap. runs bad when i first start it up runs better
the warmer the engine gets but not great. i checked the coil packs and they
seem to be firing but it doesn't run run like it

My 1994 Z maintenance manual says to use DEXRON II power steering
fluid. I checked at my local Autozone, and DEXRON II which is now
DEXRON III, is automatic transmission fluid. Can that be right? Are
they recommending Automatic Transmission fluid in the power steering

the garage, went to drive it about a week later and it was hard starting.
Got it to idle but as soon as I touch the gas it would die. If I pump the

I hope someone can answer this question for me. I need a Vacuum
canister for my 1986 300zx 2+2 Non-Turbo. I have been offered a few
with the part number 92260-01P01. I think this may be a newer
version. The part number on my canister is 92260-21P00. Does anyone

One day it was great and I replaced the plugs.  Next day I went out to
start her up and nothing. Not a thing. Won't even turn over.
I have checked the fusable link, the starter, the starter relay and the
clutch switch and the clutch start switch, all good.

Just a "heads up" on distilled water in the radiator. It works great.
Absolutely NO corrosion.
I have a restored 240 Z 1970 and the radiator water is pristine!
