I am looking for the negative-ground wire for the door-pin switch on
my 2000 Frontier.  I pulled the door-pin switch out and tested the
wires with a voltmeter.  However, the wires don't correspond to what's
in the Chilton's wiring diagram.  I am thinking that the diagram is

Not a problem in the warmer weather.
Even though I fill the tank, the gauge shows only 3/4 full.  Let me know
what part(s) needs replacing.
