Our Nissan Quest 2000 was involved in a frontal colision. Now the
horns sound like someone snoring, the sound is really low frequency.
The horns don't have any visible damage and they both produce that
annoying sound. Does anyone know what could be the issue with them.

Mine is a Nissan 240SX - 93 Model with 100K miles.  Car does not want to
start.  The last 2 times I was able to start the car by giving it a Hard
Push start.

Does anyone know whether the auto trans in an 85 Nissan Sentra has a
filter?  Service manual does not mention one.  There is a drain plug
on the transmission so fluid change would not require removing the pan
if no filter is present.

According to a DIY manual I bought for my Nissan Primera air conditioning
systems leak over time no matter how well sealed they are so recharging the
AC system should be seen as regular maintenance like changing the oil or

I have a 93 Model 240SX.  Lately,  Car does not start.  Batttery seems to be
fine.  Twice the car started after pushing and giving it a hard start.
Any clue on what the problem can be ?  What to fix ?

Do you fellow Nissan people have annoyingly grabby brakes?  This complaint
has been lodged against the new G35 a million times, but I've only heard one
or two mentions of it on the Sentra.  My Sentra (95 200SX SE-R) can really
tire out a leg after repeated exposure to stop-and-go ...

Not that I want to do this, but I was curious if anyone has installed
the twin turbo motor out of the 300ZX into a Hardbody, Pathfinder or
Frontie? I imagine it would fit since it is a VG30 variation (the turbo
plumbing may be a problem, however)

Do Nissan fuel pumps normally make alot of noise? Well, ok, not ALOT of
noisey, but a clearly audiable sound when heard from inside the passanger
compartment, when the engine is running?

Just out of warranty, Check Engine light went on and I cannot drive it
faster than 30 miles/Hr. Can there be any transmission problem. Are
transmission problem covered after 3yrs... Anyone has such issues
previously..

I believe I've got a bum starter in my '93 Nissan pickup, and I'd like to
take a crack at replacing or fixing it myself.  Problem is, I can't find
the darned thing (not a promising start, I'll admit.)  The Haynes manual
says the starter motor is "mounted at the lower right rear side ...

i have a 96 nissan pathfinder se automatic and the check engine light pops
up occationally with the above error message. i have a dead odometer too
spedo works just fine, any clues on what or how i should take care of
this?
