I have 93 Nissan 240SX.  Lately, I am having problems shifting the 1st gear
when the engine is cold.   After pressing the clutch 10-20 times, I can
change the gear.   Once the car starts running, shifting gears is not a
problem.

Does anyone know if Nissan is working on any hybrid cars?
With the high gas prices and car makers like Toyota, Honda, and at least one
American car maker getting on the hybrid bandwagon, you gotta ask.
