How do the intermittent wipers work? The intermittent operation seems to only happen when I push the lever down once. In the second and third down position, the intermittent control seems to have no effect. Is that the way it's supposed to be?

Rear lights remain on all the time, even after car is turned off. Only goes out when fuse is pulled. Big battery drain. Wiring diagram shows a "Stop Lamp Switch" in the circuit. Suspect a stuck switch but don't know where to find it. Any ideas?
