Seatbelt buckle "retainer"19 Aug 2004 21:21 GMT5
Does anybody know how to get the round plastic things that go through the
seatbelt (to hold the buckle where you can reach it) out?
I'm missing the one from my driver's seatbelt, so I thought I'd try to get
one from one of the back seats.  This was easier said than done though.  ...
Nissan's overly sensitive brakes19 Aug 2004 14:24 GMT9
Do any of you other Nissan owners have annoyingly grabby brakes?  This
complaint has been lodged against the G35 a million times, and I've heard
one mention of it on the 2000+ Sentra.  My Sentra (95 200SX SE-R) can really
tire out a leg after repeated exposure to stop-and-go traffic ...

Air flow problem19 Aug 2004 04:06 GMT2
I have a 98 Pathfinder and I'm having a problem controlling the air flow
inside the car.  No matter what setting I chose most of the air comes out of
the upper vent.  The fan is working fine, my problem is that I cannot get
too much air to come through the lower vent or defroster ...

Anyone ever heard of a driveshaft literally snapping on an SR20De (the
case of the e is very important) engined car?
I was pulling away yesterday in my 1994 Nissan Primera 2.0 Automatic,
when there was a clunk like someone hit me from behind and I realised I

Max Tire Pressure18 Aug 2004 06:31 GMT10
As long as I've been driving (30 years) I've used the max tire
pressure value on the sidewall as the guide to proper inflation.  I
endeavor to keep the tires at that pressure.  For the last couple
years I've been getting my Frontier's oil changed at the local Jiffy

Nissan Engine / starter motor17 Aug 2004 16:59 GMT2
I have a 1986 Land Rover County 110 which I have had from new.  It had a
2.5 Nat Asp engine which stopped working twice in the first 60,000
miles. The man who was then the Technical Editor of the Land Rover
Owners Magazine replaced the engine with a Nissan FD35 3.5 ltr Turbo

2000 I30 Windshield17 Aug 2004 04:27 GMT2
It looks like the windshield was changed on my 2000 I30 (it doesn't
say Nissan on it). On the outside bottom of the glass where the wiper
arms are attached, there is a plastic cover with blow holes. This
cover has a rubber seal which attaches to the windshield. It doesn't
windsheild washer 240sx17 Aug 2004 03:49 GMT1
Hey all,
The windsheild washers on my '89 240SX don't work.  I'm guessing that it's
the pump - what else should I check other than fuses?  Any relays?  Where
are the windsheild pumps located, and how do I test them?
Brake Light indicator?16 Aug 2004 14:52 GMT1
Just replaced the front brakes on a 1995 Nissan Quest van.  I retopped off
the brake master cylinder, but for some reason the "brake" check light is
still on on the dash.  It was getting dark and we did not have time to bleed
the brakes, but I drove the vehicle and the brake pedal ...
