The thief did not cut any wires. He dug out the place where the key goes.
I assume he put a screw driver in and turned. I tried turning it with
screw driver but nothing happened. Is there any trick.

My daughter has an 87 Stanza with the four cylinder engine that has two
plugs per head.  The engine cuts out when driving down the road around
40 miles an hour and above.  It is like someone is turning on and off
