Nice Nissans14 Dec 2004 23:02 GMT4
There are some nice looking Nissans around at the moment - distinctive
too. Don't you agree?
The new Micra is froggy but cool, and way better than the average,
bland small car. The Almera's not bad either. the primera looks very

Just got a 97 King Cab, the old 84 Truck went to a Grand Kid, and it still
runs great.
My problem is that when I went to change the PCV Valve, it is not in the

Help please!
My son recently bought a 93 Nissan Kingcab with automatic transmission.  It
has about 260,000 kilometres on it and had been sitting for a couple of
years with little fuel in the tank.
Anyone Interested in 1988 Nissan Stanza?14 Dec 2004 07:12 GMT3
I have a nice 4 Door 1988 Nissan Stanza that was really running good.  But
Drive went up in the transmission.  First, Second and Reverse shifts ok.
The car does have 195,000 miles on it but ran very good.  It has A/C, Radio,
Tape Deck and good tires.

2001 Sentra Service Engine Soon13 Dec 2004 23:20 GMT2
My Service Engine Soon light came on steady.  I took it and had the
computer read.  The result was code 1126 having to do with air
metering.  Do I have to take this to a dealership or is there something
I can do on my own?
2003 Pathfinder, poor mileage13 Dec 2004 22:17 GMT5
I've got a 2003 3.5 V6 Pathfinder FWD with about 140,000 miles on it.
Its had all it's tune-ups at the dealer and oil every 3000 miles. Over
the past few months my gas mileage has dropped from 20mpg to 18 mpg or
about 30 miles on a tank.
1998 pathfinder wheel center caps stolen13 Dec 2004 17:39 GMT2
Recently, all 4 of my wheel center caps where stolen (NYC area).  As a
result, I began paying attention to other pathfinders only to find that they
too, were missing most or all of their center caps (factory alloy wheel).
I guess criminals are stealing these parts for a resale ...

2001 Quest with premature ball joint wear - Feel like Nissan is playing games with me12 Dec 2004 18:23 GMT5
I am having a problem with which I am curious if anyone else has
experienced.   I have a 2001 Quest with 42,000 miles on it (i.e. 6,000
miles out of warranty).  Upon my PA state inspection, I was informed by
Concordville Nissan that my minivan failed due to worn ball joints.  Not ...

Any idea how reliable on CVT? If that goes wrong, is only dealer able to
fix that?
97 PF Speakers10 Dec 2004 17:38 GMT3
I've got a 97 PF.  The cd player is shot and I'm replacing it with a much
better deck.  I'm also thinking of changing the rear, and front door
speakers.  As I have nothing to compare them to, has anyone replaced these
speakers with brand name ones (i.e. Alpine), and if so, did it ...
Pathfinder - Charging System10 Dec 2004 17:33 GMT5
When I started my 1990 Pathfinder SE this morning, there was no charging
of the battery - voltage across battery was steady at 11.8 volts.  Took
it around the block and all of a sudden voltmeter pops up to 14+ volts.
Continued driving for awhile and everything seemed ok.  With ...
