| TSB 04-017 Engine - Rattle/Clatter Noise On Cold Start-Up | 14 Jan 2005 16:33 GMT | 7 |
I have a 2003 Nissan Xterra SC model. I am contemplating setting up an appointment to have this TSB fixed on my 'X'. I hate to fix something that isn't broken but I do hear the sound on cold starts. Does anyone have a copy of the TSB? I'd like to know how extensive this work is.

I have a 2003 G35 sedan. It is RWD only, so it has the SLIP function to help guide it on slippery road. I've noticed lately that when I'm driving on snow, for instance, and the SLIP engages, it also making a sort of groaning or creaking sound. I did

My 96 Nissan Sentra has been hesitating alot. then sometimes when you accelerate it does not have any power. If you wait a few moments then redo it it is fine. On my way to work it did fine I was exiting the off ramp and then as I pressed the gas peddle it didn't have any power ...

| How to Remove ThermoValve 96 Sentra ? | 13 Jan 2005 04:03 GMT | 3 |
I'll be surprised to get an answer since there is so little written on usenet about the "thermovalve". But I can hope. I have a coolant leak from the O ring in the thermovalve in my 96 Sentra. The ThermoValve pushes out a shaft as the coolant warms up, and slowly

| '91 Stanza transaxle slipping | 12 Jan 2005 23:05 GMT | 2 |
I'm no mechanic, so I hope someone can send me in the right direction. My '91 stanza takes off and runs fine on flat terrain as long as you're easy on the acceration. When accelerating quickly or going up a hill there is slippage (motor revs up and speed decreases) along with a fast ...

On 3 occasions my '92 Sentra with 220k miles has been very hard to start. It had ignition intermittently but just wouldn't start. After about 20 minutes, it finally starts. On one of these occasions, it would idle OK but not take the throttle. After a few minutes running, it ...
