I want to change the batteries in my key fob. Will this cause any problems
such as resetting the locking code or will changing the batteries have no
effect?

It sits stuck in park and the release button does not want to go all
the way in, If I jiggle it sometimes it releases. Any quick fix for
this?

1988 300ZX non-turbo standard trans. Terrible flooding problem at idle, but
will run at speed ok. Fuel pressure after filter reads 41psi. Compression is
between 70-75 psi in all cylinders. New plugs, cap and rotor. Connected it
