Can someone explain location of IAC Valve on Sentra 2001 GXE ? How does

Recently I noticed a problem with my 2000 Frontier hazard lights blinking
intermittently by themselves (without pushing on the the dash button at
all!). I brought it to my independent mechanic who felt it was connected to
the mfr alarm system and said the two were not synching ...

   The air bag light on my 99 Frontier is flashing. Saw a thing here to try
turning the ignition on for 7 seconds, then off 3 second, repeat 3 times.
Tried that and it's still flashing. Any other things I can do, or should I
just take it in to the dealer and let them repair it?

I just bought a 87 nissan maxima  and it failed on the smog test ie:
high CO levels and HC levels
15 mph    4.73%   and  330 ppm

What are the chances of a new throw-out bearing going out? Just have my
clutch replaced, and I get home, and my truck is making this cool whining
noise.. but if I push the clutch in .. it goes away...
