Have 2001 QX4. Used for off road runs. Some times through rivers that are as
deep as the top of wheels.. Will front and rear wheel bearings handle this

OK... I know NOTHING about car mechanics, having had a rep mobile all my
life. But I have just acquired an X-reg Micra 1.0 S for a decent price, and
there is something bugging me about "timing belts", and that is that the
Micra doesn't have one..it has a "chain".

I have replaced injectors, fuel pump, filter, throtel positioning sensor,
fuel pressure valve, distributor and it only runs if you keep pumping the
gas...    does anyone know how to fix it?

my 96 sentra has power door locks that will unlock themselve while the car
is not running. usually after about a hour. does anyone know what this can
be?

I am trying to take the AFM off the carb in a 1992 Nissan Sentra but
one of the screws is stuck. It is a Philips and I don't want to wreck
the screw head and  cause more problems. Is it true that using a
larger screw driver may work?

I am trying to use the ECU to diagnose a problem with my truck. It
will crank but will not start. When I turn the ignition, there is no
sound of the fuel pump powering up. So I have a feeling it is the fuel
pump that is the problem. I see when I look at my ECU it flashed both

Cooling system not circulating. Recent repairs include new rad, new water
pump, new thermostat, machined head and gasket set. Engine had been
overheated prior to repairs, believe to have been caused by this problem.
