90 Stanza Resonator Replacement31 Mar 2006 16:10 GMT1
I have a 90 Stanza with a bad resonator.  I have checked several auto
parts stores and found the only way to purchase a resonator is as a kit
with the entire pipe and inflated price.
Does anyone know where I can purchase only the resonator?
'89 240SX bizarre electrical "gremlins"31 Mar 2006 16:09 GMT22
'89 240SX, KA24E engine, 5speed tranny...  About 140k miles.  Replaced
the timing chain last summer, been running great since.  Smog notice
comes in the mail (CA car) and of course, since it's got to be
smogged, the gremlins come out in force.
Help with baffling Pathfinder electrical problem?31 Mar 2006 12:40 GMT4
My 1994 Pathfinder has a baffling electrical problem. When we
close the doors, the dome light sometimes remains on, as do
the courtesy lights in the driver and passenger footwells. These
lights may also come on intemittently as we drive, sometimes

PITA! I actually had to remove the rear seats and most of the flooring and
rear trunk/spare tire trim. It took almost two hours. The shocks themselves
weren't cheap either @ $42.ea. Have any of you done ...

I have a 1984 Nissan Stanza with 140,000 miles.  I replaced the
eight plugs and distributor about 5,000 miles ago. I drive it only
about 1,000 miles a year.  It stays in a carport.
It almost always runs smoothly.  Occasionally after sitting a few

it on Rt 211 in Middletown, NY. Passed it as it was turning left at an
intersection. I drooled for another 1/4 mile down the road.

I want to swap the taillights on my 1988 Nissan R31 Pintara for round
Skyline lights. Can I swap them without modifications or is there
differences in the way the two are mounted?
Cheers

How to Replace/Repair/Block Oil Filter Bypass Valve on Engine???29 Mar 2006 15:56 GMT8
Just changed the oil on my girlfriend's 96 Nissan Sentra 1.6 Liter.
I  changed to 20W-50, from 10W-30,  in hopes of increasing the oil
pressure a bit. The oil light has been coming on at idle, when hot.
I have posted here before about it.
Blower Motor Problem29 Mar 2006 00:53 GMT7
I own a 1997 Pathfinder XE. My blower motor works intermittently. Some
days it does not run at all. Other days it works fine. Sometimes, it
doesn't work when I start up the truck but after driving a few miles
the blower will turn on. I took out the blower motor resistor and it
Water in fuel = SES Light on27 Mar 2006 23:42 GMT8

off the light.
Code was 1140.  Water in fuel system.

200SX  Transmission27 Mar 2006 00:03 GMT2
I posted a query about my daughter's 200SX transmission a while ago and
someone replied that the problem could be the shift solenoids. Are these
accessible from the outside of the tranny or are they totally internal? Also
are there wires leading to these solenoids that might be ...

87 Maxima with Engine Whine26 Mar 2006 09:16 GMT1
I have an 87 Maxima with 62K miles with an engine whine which I can't
find. The whine happens at any speed above idle and increases with
engine speed.  Other than this the car runs fine except for fast idle
