i have a 1991 nissan 240sx with a water pump that needs to be changed. i was wondering how difficult it is to make the change? i'm looking to do it myself since i'm running low on cash, so if anyone could give me some advice on things to watch out for that'd be great.

I have a 90 Stanza with a bad resonator. I have checked several auto parts stores and found the only way to purchase a resonator is as a kit with the entire pipe and inflated price. Does anyone know where I can purchase only the resonator?

'89 240SX, KA24E engine, 5speed tranny... About 140k miles. Replaced the timing chain last summer, been running great since. Smog notice comes in the mail (CA car) and of course, since it's got to be smogged, the gremlins come out in force.

I just finished changing out the rear shocks on my 2003 Murano. Wow, what a PITA! I actually had to remove the rear seats and most of the flooring and rear trunk/spare tire trim. It took almost two hours. The shocks themselves weren't cheap either @ $42.ea. Have any of you done ...

Just changed the oil on my girlfriend's 96 Nissan Sentra 1.6 Liter. I changed to 20W-50, from 10W-30, in hopes of increasing the oil pressure a bit. The oil light has been coming on at idle, when hot. I have posted here before about it.

Previous thread from 2 weeks ago.... The 93 Altima had super low compression all across the 4 cylinders. 85 lbs. Ran Lucas Oil Upper Cylinder lubricant and drove aggressively for a week, compression tested it today, and its up to 160!
