Could anyone advise me on how I can replace lights in the switches on my 1995 Maxima SE? It's becoming harder to find them while driving at night. Do I need special tools? Can I somehow take off the front templates to replace them or do I have to remove the entire dashboard or ...

I have a 1993 nissan sentra se 1.6 engine i have got to replace a belt that is in the middle of two other belts on the passanger side of the car i cannot figure out how to get the outer belt off to get the middle belt on can someone please help me
