Engine coolant temperature sensor12 Jul 2006 12:12 GMT1
I have a nissan maxima 95 with a bad engine coolant temperature sensor.
Can somebody recommend a good place to buy a new one (a website if
buying online is cheaper)?
Also where can I find detailed instructions on how to replace it?

An electrical troubleshooting problem:

Crazy idle/sticking throttle in my Sentra11 Jul 2006 22:11 GMT6
My beloved lil' GA16DE motor has developed this strange idle. At times
when I come to a stop I feel the car pushing along. When this happens, I
put the car in neutral and find the revs rise to 1500 and even 2000 RPM
sometimes. To fix it, I kick the accelerator and after a jump in ...
Replacing 96 Altima high mount stop light11 Jul 2006 21:52 GMT1
According to Haynes manual, there should have been two bolts removable
from underneath once the trunk is open.  I only saw two sharp screws
pointing downwards from above.  How do I gain access to the bulb?
Thanks in advance!

95 Nissan Quest won't start10 Jul 2006 23:42 GMT7
I drove my Quest a few places the other day and it rode fine. Stopped at
a friend's house for about 15 minutes. Went to leave and it wouldn't
turn over. Interior and exterior lights, radio all work. Towed it home.
Pulled the battery and starter. Parts store tested each and both are ...

'01 Pathfinder, clutch slips only in fifth gear.09 Jul 2006 20:49 GMT8
I've got an '01 Pathfinder with a manual transmission.  I did the same 100 mile tow with my boat trailer
(about 2100 pounds) four times over the four-day holiday weekend.  On Saturday, the clutch slipped
once, on Sunday several times, on Monday once, on Tuesday not at all.  The ...
94 NISSAN PICKUP BLOWER PROBLEM09 Jul 2006 00:20 GMT1
Does anyone know where the blower resistor module is located?  My blower
completely failed the other day but before it did it had been causing a
burning smell when used at the high setting.  With great frustration, I
removed the fan speed switch and observed that it had been ...
Negatives To Synthetic Oil ?08 Jul 2006 23:47 GMT3
Am thinking of going to synthetic oil at next oil change of our
Frontier.
Have never tried it before, as I worried it wasn't yet tried enough
over time (when it started 20 years ago or so).

'05 Xterra: removing the &^%$& spare!!!!08 Jul 2006 03:50 GMT7
My wife and I were looking at her 2005 X's spare tire today, since we
haven't used it.  It's like a truck's: you stick the crank in a hole
and turn it and the tire lowers to the ground. But this has me stumped.
The tire lowers on a chain. The manual says that when the tire is
AC going bad in Sentra?07 Jul 2006 21:45 GMT2
Another question for you all.
The other day I was travelling through a heavy rainstorm. The AC was
kept running constantly to keep the windows clear. I noticed at times
that the cabin would occaisionally get slightly warm, then 5 minutes
1990 Maxima07 Jul 2006 01:48 GMT2
My Max has 250-300k miles on it, and for some time now, after
starting-up it dies after about 5-6 minutes, sometimes longer. When I
re-start it I have to go through a series of start-ups and stops.
During this brief series, when I press the gas pedal the engine tries
