my nissan has about 2000 miles, car is little over 3 months old, how soon can I switch to a synthetic oil? the manufacturers suggested 1st oil change is at 3000 miles or 3 months

I have a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder SE. When I hit speeds over 50 mph (more prevailant from 50-60), I feel like the car starts very lightly fighting me,a nd I hear a light roaring/grinding noise form the right front tire. I don't know if it is bearing, the tire itself, or what.

I think rating fuel consumtion for comperasion purposes can be misleading. Wont a 3.5 Liter car will consume less fuel in high speeds compares to 2.4?

Both Locks on my Sentra went out at the same time. The Key turns but the lock doesn't unlock. even from the inside you can't unlock the door. Do you have any ideas. The locks are non-power locks.

have been running an 88 toyota camry with castrol magnatec oil which i have been happy with, i have just bought an 87 nissan skyline(australian model), i dont know what oil is in it, is it okay to mix the magnatec (which i think is synth) to the oil that is in there to keep it ...

I have a 1995 Nissan Quest. I'm getting some transmission herky and jerky when the van is warmed up. I suspect it's the transmission fluid filter. I plan on dropping the transmission pan and replacing the filter this weekend.
