My 97 maxima doesn't start. No crank. All the other electrical

My car has developed a strange whine whistle sound. Sounds like a
slipping belt. Havent ruled out the belts yet but I'm pretty sure its
not them. The whistle/whine is directly related to engine speed, whether
in neutral or drive, and the sounds come on when you immediately start

My car has developed an intermitent pb related to shifting (auto

Sometimes the gearbox is locked on the first gear.
If it turn it off/on it disapears.

My blower fan only works on high. I was told this was  the resister pack.
Does anyone know where this is? It is a 2000 Frontier crew cab.

Four days ago my 2000 Sentra wouldn't start. The battery was still
working ..the power windows, radio and lights all worked.  The car
