I am trying to diagnose a problem with a 96 altima with a dual overhead cam
engine.
the car ran fine till it was parked for 9 months.
now that is being put back in use.

I just bought a 1999 1.6L Sentra.  Runs great, engine smooth and quiet.
I do occasionaly hear a slight metallic sound for a second or two
during start-up on a cold engine.  Can anyone describe the
symptoms/sounds associated with a timing chain going bad?  Thanks.

Great car but for the vibration at 40+ mph.
The vibration is felt through the seat rather than the steering wheel

Been having a griding kind of sound when AC is turned on. It then goes
away. Took it into a reputable shop I  believe and they replaced the
Compressor. 2 weeks later still having grinding sound but this time it
