I just received a replacement fog lamp, an original part off of an old
max. The lamp has a grey plug at the end but there are two wires
coming out it, an orange and a black. I thought the plug went directly

For over a year at random times my radio will pop and then lose
power.  Then the power will flicker off and on for some time.
Eventually it will go off completely.  Then, miraculously, some time
later it will come back on and I won't have any problems for weeks

Setting off code P0446. Research says EVAP vent valve may be clogged
or stuck. Stupid question but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone tell
