I have both a 1998 Altima and a 2005 Murano. I am using synthetic oil.
The dealer is asking that the oil be changed every 6000 klm, or every
3 months. These cars are not used every day.
As for the Murano, it is under warranty with a service contract.

Is this a common problem...anyone come up with a fix (Nissan service
couldn't help me)?  I carry two keys now.  Probably once per day I get
in to start the car and "nothing", engine doesn't turn over or
anything...dash activities/lights do come on though.  At this point

My sister has a '93 Pathfinder, and her security system has some kind
of bug in it that will cause the alarm to go off at random times.
Any ideas on how to disable it (or fix it)? She bought the car new and
the system was already installed , so it's either factory or a dealer

My 2000 xterra will not stay locked. The ATS relay switch under the
left hand side of the driver side dash sounds like it is clicking but
not engaging. Is this a replaceable part, or does the dealer have to
fix it??

My 97 Quest takes 20 plus minutes to put out any heat and even then not when
idling, only when driving or rpm is about 1000.  We're in NW Montana and
need that heater. Not sure it has any bearing but in the Summer the a/c also
takes awhile to cool.  My wife has a 89 Corsica and ...

The saga continues. The same car with all the other problems. Has
 had no maintenance in about five years. I want to change the
coolant. While I'm at it, I might as well change the hoses, since
at least one is bulging, and they all are old-maybe even original.

Anyone know if it is possible to remove the lower limit of around 29MPH on
the cruise control of my Sentra?

Makes for a difficult ride on those 2-3 mile 20mph zones I go through on the

95 nissan truck, New alternator, new battery, will not charge at high idle.
It charges when first started, but as soon as the idle settles down, about a
minute, the alternator quites charging the battery.  cleaned and checked
every thing.  any ideas?  Thanks.
