I have a 1998 Nissan Altima. The Service Engine Light is on. I got it
checked and was told that 2 codes showed up. One is for a knock sensor
and the other is for a EGR Valve. How can I replace the knock sensor

The engine in my 1995 pickup vibrates on idle. It's not missing at all. The
vibration goes away above about 1,000 rpm. I've changed spark plugs, rotor,
and distributor cap with no improvements. The motor mounts are tight.

I am replacing the tie rod boots with OEM Nissan boots, which come
with a wire tie to secure the boot to the rack.  I am concerned that
the wire is so thin that it will cut through the boot over time due to
