Here we go.....It was 4 degrees today and my 2002 Bravada had to sit outside

I changed the oil and followed the advice in the owner's manual (pedal to
the floor slowly 3 times in 5 seconds).
I tried this 10 times but could not get the "change oil light" to blink and
