Last week, when my 97 Aurora was in getting it's THIRD A/C compressor,
I got a bad call from the mechanic...  The head gasket went bad and
the engine was sucking coolant on the #5 cylinder.  I *knew* something
wasn't right when my coolant went low for no apparent reason and I

I was given this van and while trying to find a front end noise I noticed that
the steering boot clamps were not there. It looks like the tie rod had been
replaced and apparently the clamps were never put back on and the boot is loose.

Does anyone anything about the reliability of this engine?From what I know these engines are pretty rare and were in very limited #'s of 1983-1985 Olds Cutlass Cieras and Chevy Celebritys.  I've frequently checked E-bay and Auto Trader looking for some, so far I only found one ...
