can anyone tell me how to replace the speakers in front and rear doorpanel
in my 307 SW?
Seems difficult to remove panel (no screws) affaid of scratcing the plastic.

Been away for a while (had a baby) but starting to get back into doing stuff
to the car... I'm eyeing up a GTi powersteering kit (pump, belt, rack etc)
but wondering if anyone had any experience of fitting this to a non-GTi that
didn't have power steering to start with?

I replaced the front caliper as it was sticking.... and i put it in for an
MOT....
It failed on 2 front flexi brake hoses... and one of the rear brakes was
binding :-)

please help!! engine running lumpy and often cutting out at low revs. Sometimes wont start and sometimes will start but does not respond at all to accelorator compression. this has been going on for some months and one garage want to replace the whole fuel inj system!!!! three ...

my 405 estate (1995) needs a bit of work, and since not all jobs are
equally urgent I'd like an estimate on how may hours of work an
expierienced mechanic may need for:
- replacing a worn handbrake cable

if i'm doing between 5-25mph and press the clutch in and let it free roll
theres an annoying platicy rattle sounds like coming from the front
somewhere i've had the airbox secured but still rattling.

I bought my first diesel car a couple of years ago, a 205 XRDT. A good
drive, and so far totally reliable. A month or so ago, coming up to
95,000 miles, it started rattling louder than usual, usually when cold &
at low revs - e.g. creeping along at 10mph in 2nd its clearly ...

Had a few electrical gremlins with my month old 307 HDI 110 such as an
Airbag failure and incorrect operation of the Central Locking, but this
really takes the biscuit!
Driving home this evening, the information display flashed Minimum Fuel

Does any one know what size pulley it needs to be for a 405 diesel N reg
with aircon. Is aircon relevant?

I have an N-reg 306 XLD with a knackered engine.   I have been offered
an XUD 1.9 engine out of a 205.  Are they the same?
Neither mine nor the offered engine is turbo.
I bought the Haynes book and it refers to the 1.9 engine in 3 guises -

Anyone have any good links to pictures of Rallying 205`s as im looking at
giving mine a race paint job...?

It is on all the time even the hand brake is losen and off.
Any ideas ??? What to check first ?

Unfortunately, my car was broken into the other day and the 4
headrests and offside rear cushion were nicked. Peugeot reckon the
headrests will cost £65 each to replace, and the cushion £300. :-(

I have just got the aircon working in my daughter's 1989 405.  But, I note
that if the A/C switch is depressed, when the ignition is switched to the
accessory postion, the compressor clutch is energised.  This seems wrong.
Unfortunately, the A/C system isn't covered at all in the ...

Can anyone advise me on a nice set of alloys for the 306 xs please?
I have a couple of ideas but another opinion wont hurt.
