Hi, after a recent service the Rev counter on 1997 306 stopped working.  The
garage denied it was anything they did that caused it to stop working.  can
anyone advise me as to why the rev counter would stop working?  Is it just

All,
So, turned the ignition on today, and the Radio didn't change from the the
anti-theft state. No display at all on the LCD.
Anti-theft flash red light stays flashing though.

I have just bought a Peugeot 406 GTX saloon.The bloke i bought it off said
he had disconected the battery in January because he was not using the car
being as he's bought a new one {since found out the battery it knackered}

This happened over the weekend.......
Press lock button on remote - doors lock and indicators flashed
Press deadlock button - something clicked but no flash
Press unlock - doors unlock but no flashes.

Peugeot 206 GLX - 1999
Got a problem (I think!) with my alarm.  Recently it has started to sound
very briefly after locking the car using the key fob.  Never used to do
this.  Any ideas on what may be wrong greatly appreciated.

I know the dreaded odometer bulb query has cropped up already for the
406, but my odometer bulb has blown and Ive got a 2000 206. I now have
the replacemetbulb but was warned by the parts man at the dealership
that getting access to replace it was a pain. I laughed that off but

          What does the little twin-lens sensor on the windscreen do
(high up on glass in front of the rear view mirror)?  The windscreen

Only one remote on my "96" 405 Having contacted Peugeot I was quoted ?115
for a replacement.(does the central locking and alarm - the alarm can be
turned off by a key labelled "Texalarm"). I also have an immobiliser

A few electrical problems with my 1.8l petrol Meridian (2000 W)
Firstly the Mileometer illumination went a few weeks ago.
Now the Rear Wiper / Clock / Temp Gauge has stopped working - the fuse has
blown. Any idea as to what the cause of this maybe.

Most annoying thing - got myself a 1998 Pug 306 on Wednesday, and there's
an intermittent fault already.
The switch unit in the driver's side door - the one with both front
windows and mirrors controls - the window controls seem to work depending
