I have a P406 2.1L Turbo diesel engine, in which I have recentry
replaced an air filter with a K&N one. I am now thinking of remapping
its ECU, but not quite sure how much of a performance increase I would
get. I would be very interested in getting more power over the 3000rpm

I have just seen what seemed a very strange fault on a Peugeot 306, S1,
1.9 Diesel.
The car stopped and would not start.  I found there was no electric
power in the car when the ignition was turned to position 1 (or 2 or 3

crankshaft pulley needs changing has done it for me,px'ed it in for honda

I have just picked up a spare plip for my 306 off eBay since the car
only had one. I've managed to reprogram it OK, but then the old plip
doesn't work :(
Am I correct in thinking that the car can only "remember" one plip code

I've recently bought a '98 3.0 V6 SE Coupe and am looking at changing
the horrible factory fitted Phillips cassette/radio system.  I've been
to a few local dealers who have all said you can't simply plug in a
new stereo with and adaptor like you would with any other car.

Does anyone know of any good reason why I shouldn't let my wife buy a 2003
peugeot 807 with 15,000 miles on the clock. Are there any issues with this
model, I'm new to peugeots and she's dead set on it, opinions and comments
would be welcome

Had 206D since new (X) reg. Left Peugeot agent behind once the three years
were up as regards servicing.

My '92 XT now has an irritating problem of running roughly and often
stalling when warming up. It is fine when cold and the choke is out, fine
when fully warm and the choke is in, but more often than not shortly after
I put the choke fully in (and it is idling OK) it will struggle ...

Does anyone know if there are any differences between the turbo and
non-turbo 1.9l XUD cylinder heads?
I might be facing the prospect of replacing the head on my non-turbo 1993
306 but can only source new heads for the turbo engine.

The RHS bulb on my dashboard (the one that illuminates the fuel guage
and the rhs of the speedo) has failed
Any suggest how difficut it is to replace? I would like to change all
the lamps when the dash is apart.
