When I tap the read side windows of my 1.4 206 Style 3-door, it makes the same sound as when tapping cheap glass. I suspect it is not safety glass that you have in the front side windows. What type of glass do you have in your 206 HDi?

I have a 98 306 Turbo Diesel and the accelerator pedal has gone really stiff. Plus I can hear and feel that the pedal is possibly rubbing against something.

On my recent MOT my emission figures where 2.81, 2.57, 2.84 as the pass limit is 3 this seems fairly close to me, how is it possible to improve the emission? Thanks Bert.

Does anyone know when the cambelt should be changed on a 306? I have seen a 1.8 306xs for sale it's 6 years old with just over 60,000 on the clock, I'm just wondering when it needs to be changed and how much roughly would a dealer charge for the job.

I?ve recently replaced the radio/tape player with a PU-2294A clarion cd player which is the normal standard in peogeot 206?s these days. It won?t hold its memory so it won?t hold radio presets or cd status. Can anyone help please?

My son is thinking of buying a 1993 5 door 306 XND with 110K on the clock for ?500 from a car mechanic mate. The car starts first time, doesn't look to bad and drives OK. What sort of things should he check out on the car? What are the major cost items for repair?

The radio in my 206GTI needs has died, and I want to use a non-Pug replacement. Does anyone know of any problems doing this? Are the connections and mountings atandard? TIA for any info.
