I’ve had a problem with the Speedo in my 406 for a few weeks now,
hopefully going to get time to sort it out shortly by replacing the
sender unit and transducer.
However, a couple of times over the last week or two my rev counter

I’ve got the factory fitted radio/cassette player in my Pug 406 (Mk
1). There’s nothing actually wrong with it, but I’ve got a Sony CD
player I’d rather have in there.

Daughter has just got a 206cc and wanted me to swap the SONY head unit
from her old 206 to this new one. No problems, fitted fine with a
Connects2 unit so the display works as it did in the old 206. Now for
the problem, fitted the ex 206cc radio in her old 206, both 03 plate

I have had my Air Conditioning leak tested and re-gassed.  However, it is
very intermittent.  It switches itself on and off frequently.  sometimes it
may come on for a few seconds, other times it will remain on for a few
minutes.

Hopefully someone can give me a few ideas here.  I turned the key in my T-
reg (1999 I think) 206 GLX, and heard the radio kick in as the key turned.
Then the engine started and the radio\CD stopped, and will not turn on
since, although the Power switch on the radio is glowing ...

I have just had my K reg Peugeot 106XRD in to have the wheel bearings
checked/ replaced. The garage found that the rear wheel radius arm has
gone and this will cost £450- £500 to replace. The car is due for an MOT
at the end of July and the garage said it is safe to drive until then ...

     Anybody know what the knocking noise is from the rear of my 306 D
turbo, its when I go over uneven roads......also any ideas on making the
clutch and accelerator pedals lighter

I'm trying to decide which is best, to trade my old 95 405 GLXD in for a 406
or somesuch, or to keep it (lovely car) and change the cam belt (63000
miles, original belt).  How much is changing the belt likely to cost and
does anyone know of a place in Bristol that will do a good ...

I've just bought 206 diesel(2002),when I turn the ignition key to start the
car all the lights come up except the diesel sign and I can't start the
engine,
any idea please.

I parked my 205 next to a high model Saxo a while back and noticed
they have the same basic lines.
I reckon that PSA designed several replacements for the 205 and the
Saxo was one of them.

The central locking sometimes unlocks as soon as it is locked, now it
seems all the time, making the car unlockable centrally, any ideas?

The floor of my peugeot 106 gets flooded with water every time it
rains but where it comes from is a mystery!  The carpet by the door is
dry, so is the area underneath the steering wheel and in the boot.
I’ve looked everywhere, any ideas?
