Slightly OT, but I wanna know :
Coming back from work, listening to the radio while driving, and heard

not a Rover ham (I guess you all know it), what do you, brits, think about

the rear seats (being foam rubber) absorbs the water, result :

I had a new rear "axle" assembly fitted to my 205 recently but the
torsion bar is knackered so I?m probably going to fit another from a

Peugeot better than Mercedes,BMW,VW!19 Apr 2005 12:37 GMT10
Yes, it is true.  The Germans may have invaded France and conquered us
without a fight.  However, in addition to driving them out of our country,
we build a better car than they do.
306 1.9TD Central Locking18 Apr 2005 23:39 GMT5
The central locking sometimes unlocks as soon as it is locked, now it
seems all the time, making the car unlockable centrally, any ideas?

Koni Yellows18 Apr 2005 23:17 GMT2
As I?ve said in my other posting (1.9GTi compensators) I?ve just got a
rear axle to replace mine. It?s fitted with a pair of Koni Yellow
shock absorbers but I don?t really want them (there are a bit overkill
on a Diesel). I have no idea what condition they?re in but I will ask

Peugeot 405 real wheel slanting18 Apr 2005 18:00 GMT13
I have a 1994 Peugeot 405 estate (250,000 miles) and the n/s rear wheel is
slanting out at the bottom.  Local garage is talking about the rear axle
needing replacing.  I'm not convinced.  May just be a problem with the
bearings or bushes?
creating an extra breather18 Apr 2005 10:54 GMT5
Ref Peugeot 205 1.6 GTI
