I have been attempting to remove the rear seat to access the fuel pump,
according to the Haynes manual it is simply a matter of undoing two pins
at the front of the seat, pulling it forward, lifting and then removing, I
have heaved and pulled to no effect, am I doing some thing ...

does anyone know if there is some sort of workshop manual for the peugeot J9 van??

Got my Pug 406 TDI (1.9) checked as far as aircon gas goes today. I thought
it was low as the compressor pump did not seem to be kicking in when I
pressed the aircon button on the dash (bulb on button is OK). Gas pressure
was perfect when checked.

Just bought a 306 D turbo `95. i recently changed 5 spoke spiral
wheels over to some XSI wheels on jack + axel stands under chassis
rail, ever since i have done this, i have been getting major juddering
from what i believe to be middle/rear of car under quite firm braking,

Im useless with cars (well my driving is OK :-)).

I have just bought 2002 1.4i 8 valve Peugeot 307. Where are located the
spark plugs? I am completely confused. Dont't say that it is under the

I have a problem with air conditioner in my Peugeot 405 1.4GL of 1993
which has installed a DIAVIA air conditioning system and a Sanden
compressor.
The problem is that the electromagnete of compressor has gone in short

2000 406 hdi car wouldnt startbut after turning engine over 4 about 30
seconds would start.this went on 4 about a week,now car wont start at
all. had car diagnosed at local garage and they said the high presure
pump was at fault, so had that changed car now starts up straight away

The dodgy connector on the blower fan of my 406 is driving me mad....I've
been cleaning up the pins and pushing it back in for the last 6 months but
it is finally beyond further repair. The shell is badly burnt so I thought I
would chop it off and replace it. Trouble is, I cannot ...

  I have a standard radio/tape player in my peugeot 106 car. When i
turn volume up you can only hear it slightly. On the display screen it
comes up with 122 or somenumber. I tried putting in a tape and still
with full volume you can only just hear it. How do i reset the radio

I'm going to look at a 406 GLX - T-reg facelift. It's an HDi car.
Are there anything I should look out for other than the usual "used car"
type of things?

I seem to have a problem with my 406 diesel starting
A few weeks ago the car spun over for about ten seconds didn't start I

I put this down to low fuel as my gauge sometimes drops from 1/3 to

I've been told to check the scavanger pump under the backseat of my
1999 406 hdi to make sure that it's pumping fuel to the injectors
Can anyone tell me which of the four wires! are the correct 2 wires for
the 12 volt supply to the pump.
