Please could anyone give me some expert advice. I have an old 106 x

About a year ago I had a knocking noise coming from my wheels and my "anti
roll bars" where replaced which solved the problem.
12 months down the line, the problem has returned.  I am wondering if it is
the same problem or whether it is more likely to me the shock absorbers or

my lad has just got himself a 2001 206 Quicksilver. He wants to upgrade the
standard alloys. Can anybody tell me what size wheels he can go up to (wheel
diameter and rim width).
As u can guess I know nothing about cars :o)

I have a Peugeot 405GL. 1992. 1580cc J Reg Petrol.
The problem that I have is that sometimes when I turn the engine over, it
gives every indication that the battery is flat. I take the battery off the
car and put it on charge. The charger tells me that the battery is fine, so

Hope someone can help; I have just bought 1996 406 glx with the seperate
radio display.  My car displays external temperature fine, but in ?F!! Any
ideas on how to change it to ?C??  I can find nothing in the manual and
there doesnt seem to be any controls to alter it ??!

My indicator has started indicating left by itself. A slight touch knocks it
off again so I suspect a faulty switch. Is there anything I can do to fix it
or does it need replacing? Is it an easy DIY job to get it out and fit a new
one?

Any consensus on what I might expect? I was a bit alarmed by the
average of what I saw the test vehicle was doing - mid 30s mpg.
I was hoping for at least 40mpg average.

If a front caliper is seized "on" on the front passenger side, would car pull to that side or to the drivers side?

This one has the Pug Techs baffled (or in denial).  The problem started
around 12,000 miles...the car has now done 42,000 miles and it still
remains.
The car starts to make a droning sound as you reach around 55mph and this

my hdi is a great car when accelerating but if holding it @ 2000rpm
its like sitting in a rocking chair!!
it had a service about 300 miles ago and was the same before service.
the car has covered 148,000 miles.

Ive recently got a T reg 306 TD meridian estate, i have had 1 peugeot
before, an m reg 306. When i went to put fuel in, the handle looks asthough
its facing the wrong way, i have to pull it towards the front of the car
instead of towards the back, has some1 fitted a LHD one or is ...

hi all. got a 98 mk1 406 estate. 2.0 lpg. 165,000 miles needs a rear
wheel bearing, can you just remove the hub and change the bearing?.
