i have a peugeot 306 sedan 1.8 petrol m reg (95). Just recently the miles per gallon has gone up. now i’m getting like 25 mpg?? I have an auto diagnostic light come up on the dashboard, could this be linked? Also this could be linked to it- when the car is cold it sometimes is

I am thinking of servicing my 206 (petrol 51 plate) myself. I intend to change the oil, replace the oil filter, the air filter and the spark plugs. My oil filter is the type that sits inside a housing (first car I have had that has had this).

GF has a problem with her 206 1.4 (petrol). Whilst accelerating the car hesitates and there generally appears to be a loss of power. My thoughts are that it is fuel related, maybe some crud in an injector, but not knowing an awful lot about this particular engine I was hoping ...

Hi. my 306 turbo diesel (1997) is making a lot of black smoke from the exhaust, mainly on aceleration. Oil/air & fuel filter are due in 3000 miles. Could it be just that, or shall I seek professional help. maybe injectors???

I'm in need for a new pug key, the one with a radio remote getting the key is one thing, but how about programming it? pug dealer say's it needs to have the remotecode of the carkey's in order to program it. anyway around that?

Time for new tyres on our 307 1.6 Rapier. Not overly impressed by how long the last set of Dunlops lasted. Any recommendations or experience? Looking more for comfort and low noise than sporty handling. Thanks.

i was reving my 406 2000 to clear my ecxust when i try to slow the engine down no responce i try to switch the ignition off stil didnot stop it did eventualy the engine is running ok any help

I replaced the wipers on my 307 at the beginning of the year with Halfords' own brand. Initially there were no problems but as time has gone on, they have begun to make a lot of noise. It's as though they are dragging on the glass, even in very wet weather.
