205 - corroded brake pipes15 Jan 2006 12:06 GMT4
I'm renewing the rear brake pipes (only a small section) on my Peugeot 205.
After copious sprays of Plusgas yesterday and this morning, I managed to
loosen the union to the flexible pipe and the nut on the backplate for the
near-side, but the off-side is a problem.

Hi, I have recently bought a 2000 406 Exec 2.0l which is a beautiful car
and is very tidy (it was the natural replacement for my trusty 405 auto
that was recently a right off after 6.5 years). However it is not as
smooth as it should be. Sometimes (but not always) the car has a ...

The horn on my 51 reg 307 1.6 Rapier has stopped working again. It did
it previously about 2 years ago while it was under warranty and was
fixed by the dealer.
Even though it's now out of warranty, should I expect the dealer to fix

I am going to change the keyfob battery for my 307 as I have to get within 5
feet of the car for the remote to work now! I'd better change it before I
get locked out!
Is there a procedure to resync the keyfob with the car after the battery is
307 - wishbone bush gone! (on 2001 model)10 Jan 2006 13:05 GMT9
My wife's car just went for a full service and the Peugeot dealer said that
the N/S/F wishbone bush is split.
She's a careful driver and so it seems unusual for a car that's just over 4
years old, for bush to split.
Pug 306 'P' 1.9 TD, power steering pump09 Jan 2006 20:00 GMT1
I understand that the power steering pump on this engine is fairly
generic and used on many different cars - Peugeot & Citroen, can
somebody help with info as I require one and they seem expensive, and I
may be able to get one second hand.
