I have fitted a tow bar on my 106. I am wondering where the best place to drill the hole to bring the cable for the electrics into the boot area? Thanks

Can anyone advise why my 96, 306 xldt starts great from cold, runs great, had new filters,plugs & battery, but when engine is hot, struggles to re-start.

I suspect something is very wrong with my 306's service indicator. it does not come on with the first turn of the ignition. But if I turn the lights on with the ignition off the spanner lights up but with the trip and odometer mileage.

Gents I was in Halfords at the weekend and found that they have a ratchet spanner about 1Ft long specially for replacing Peugeot glow plugs. Should be great to get at those two aquard ones behind the diesel pump on 406's. Unless you

I have a 406 GLX 2.1 turbo diesel. - "R" reg. Does anyone know where the temperature sensor is? This is the sensor for the outside air temperature as displayed on the multifunction console - the one that displays the radio information.

My driver side speaker has stopped working. I've tested another speaker on the connection coming into door and it works. It must be the wiring in the door to the speaker (or the connector). The speaker worked on and off for a little while but now it is all together dead.

The clutch on my 99 coupe has always been crap, i find it heavy and it creaks badly, just put a new cluch cable on it, made no difference, it seems to creak (Loud enough for passers by to look at traffic lights) round the pivot arm that the clutch cable pulls under the bonnet,

I have a 2004, 307 1.6, when I let my car idle or when travelling at low speed I get a terrible rattle/knocking noise coming from the front. Any ideas what could be causing it? Tx

Car is a 306 Turbo diesel P reg. Yesterday I noticed that the battery warning light was off when I turned the ignition, and its stayed off ever since except for the occasional stuttering dim glow.

Have a 106 which currently only one head lamp is working correctly,the other is dim, changed bulb and no change. i have seen in other posts that the dim/dip resistor needs replacing, is this a common fault, if so where is the dim dip resistor located and is it easy to change,

I have a 3dr 306 Turbo Diesel hatchback which serves me well. However, if I lift up the front seats to let someone into the back, when I put them back down, they don't always catch. This means that the person in the rear gets a seat plus the weight of the person in front flying ...

sean i would suggest the gunk is your anti freeze/coolent. if it was brown it would sugges your cylinder head was going Try a a rad weld solution to start as its the cheapest option.£3-£6 go for the dry option
