any suggestions why the electric cooling fans on my 405
won't switch off, , , , I had to pull the fuse,

Had transmission noise recently on a 106 , R reg. Garage says it's mostly a
wheel bearing (£60 quoted to change it) but also says it has a noisy diff
and gear box, they say 106es are renowned for them....does anyone know if
this is the case...and how's £60 for a wheel bearing? ...

Anybody in surrey know any place that sells BioDiesel??? i have heard
that it is very cheap also it is good for the car, dont know if this is

Went to open the bonnet of our 307 tonight and despite pressing the release
catch down with as much force as I would risk the bonnet just will not

I have a 1994 L 306 dturbo, car has covered 135k and there is a noise coming
from the gearbox which I could do with some help diagnosing!
Noise is a mid pitch rumble, not a higher pitch whine, more low pitch and

I just bought a 406 2.0 ST and am wondering if the instrument light should
not have the same illumination. The left side for RPM and fuel is half of
the right side. Does any one know if this indicates that one or more light
bulbs are out?

I have had my car MOT done yesterday and on driving it home found that the
steering wheel shook when I put the brakes on.  Been back today and they
changed the discs but it still doesn't feel right.  It is better than it was
but not 100%.  Not sure what to do next.
