Peugeot Partner 2.0 HDI won’t run07 Feb 2007 05:26 GMT2
I am the not so proud owner of a Y reg partner van with the 2.0 HDI
engine. In Dec 06 the van began cutting out and giving me problems.
Had the AA and an autoelectrican out to it, but neither could find the
cause.

I use my peugeot 406 HDI as a taxi, recently it has had starting
problems as when I have driven around, then switch off engine then try
to restart the car it will not start first time

My 405 diesel estate is stranded with a completely flat battery. I've
found a nearby garage that will happily charge the battery up for
small change if I bring it to them, but I'm a bit worried about the
immobiliser.

When I am changing down gears I can hear a rather loud whining noise
that slows down as I slow down and then speeds up as i speed up... I
cant hear this in 4th and 5th gear... Can anyone help?

I have just brought a 406 and have had a bit of an issue with the brake
lights. they were fine for a few days, i then found that they were staying on
all the time. i checked fuses etc and all were fine, this left me one option..
.. The Switch!! ... well after bending myself in ways ...

206 knocking engine - SOLVED maybe02 Feb 2007 20:57 GMT1
OK finally took the 206 with the tapping/knocking engine to the garage
yesterday and they listened and thought cambelt or valves. Took rocker
cover off and adjusted valves. No better then took timing belt cover off
but again looks good and no noise.
